Hi, my name is Joy and this is my Body Bar!
I originally created what is now known as Joy's Body Bar to be an opportunity to combine awesome, all natural ingredients to make a custom 'cocktail' that your skin will love.
Since it's creation in 2009, it continues to evolve into all things Body....including the Mind & Soul!
It is my ultimate goal to create bath and body products, homemade soaps, and natural sugar scrubs from the heart that make your skin happy and add a smile to your day.
A little of my background: I am a licensed Massage Therapist & Esthetician since 2002. A Certified Yoga Instructor since 2018 and I have been creating products since 2009. I was a massage and skin care instructor for 9 years and have a passion for teaching people of all ages. I love to share my knowledge and to continually learn from those around me. Over my years in the spa and teaching industry, I have come to appreciate that each and every person that enters my life has something to share and learn from. It has been a true gift to touch and be touched by the life experiences of so many people.
I especially enjoy making custom creations for people that encompass their personality and can give them the gift of a completely personalized bath and body product. In this creative field, there is always so much to learn and to share. Offering workshops and sharing what I know with others, hands on, is the best part of doing what I do.
